     GAME DESIGN EXPERIENCE

 

      Game Project 1 | UC Irvine

      Sep 2021 – Dec 2021

       Role: Level Designer, Programmer.

Misc: 2D Platformer Pixel Art game. Three people junior project, including artists and programmers, that I joined during the first quarter. I designed and implemented the character control system and camera behavior. I used my game designer skills to build a level design and parallax effect for a background for this project.

      Game Project 2 | UC Irvine

      Apr 2022 – Jun 2022

       Role: Lead Game Designer, Programmer, 2D Artist, Level Designer.

Misc: 2D Platformer is about Alien Adventure who crashed his spaceship on an unknown planet.The protagonist needs to find all parts to fix his spaceship. I created a narration for the game to have a story and practiced my skills in Art to create assets for the game. I was responsible for creating a level design, character control system, enemy behavior, improved parallax effect for each frame, and polishing the game before demo production.

 

     OTHER EXPERIENCE

 

     Building Manager | Landmark

     Apr 2018 – PRESENT

      Role: building manager.

Misc: collecting rent roll, coordinating repairs in the building, solving miscellaneous problems, making lease agreements, arranging meetings and repairs, keeping control of emergency situations, and making reports to the company.
